Dr. Carrie Bordinko, RN, BSN, MD– Founder and CEO

Dr. Carrie Bordinko is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. Creating the space of Consolaré and Benessair Health has been her dream in the making over the last 20 years.

Dr. Bordinko practices what she preaches by maintaining a daily regimen of fitness, nutrition, and moderation. She spends her limited free time weight lifting, boxing, horseback riding, and is currently mastering gymnastics, all after the age of 50.

Sophia Hamra, Care Concierge

Sophia has lived in Paradise Valley for over 30 years.  Her professional life was in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. Sophia spent more recent times raising her family and acting as a spokesperson\model helping her husband grow the family business.  Sophia has always had a passion for health and wellness and a genuine care for others.  Her interests include exercising, entertaining, cooking, baking and spending time with family and friends.

Toby Delaney, Hyperbaric Manager

Toby joins Benessair with a diverse background highlighted by over 30-years of a distinguished career in military and government work while earning four master’s degrees. He was drawn to hyperbaric oxygen therapy from his experience as a diver and seeing the benefits oxygen therapy has had on traumatic brain injuries and other disorders.  Not only does Toby hold his certification in HBOT but he has thousands of hours experience treating patients with hyperbaric oxygen. Toby’s free time is spent in the gym maintaining a 100% body mass index or following his other passion as a motor head for great cars.

Adam Garcia, Hyperbaric Technician

Adam, with previous experience with wellness centers in the valley, joins the Benessair Health team as a Hyperbaric Technician. Adam has worked with athletes at the collegiate level, both as a coach and as an athletic trainer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and minored in Electronic Media and Communications. Most recently, Adam has completed his training and examinations to become Hyperbaric Certified – ensuring the safest experience possible for our Hyperbaric clients.

Nick Chambers, Hyperbaric Technician

Nick comes onboard the Benessair Team as a Hyperbaric Technician in training. His unique background in firefighting, physical therapy, and as an EMT brings a valuable perspective to our work, ensuring the highest level of safety and care for our patients. Nick earned a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science before receiving his Emergency Medicine Technician certification. After learning the appropriate skills and going through the required hours, Nick will take the examination to become a fully-fledged Hyperbaric Technician.

Cody Adams, Physical Therapist

Cody is an accomplished Dr. of physical therapy with over 10 years of experience with patient care whose goal is to provide the most evidence-based treatment plan while working with each patient to implement strategies to incorporate physical therapy into their life. After receiving a Bachelors in Health and Human Performance and many certificates, Cody returned to school to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Cody specializes with youth and college athletes while he works towards a APTA board certification as a Sport Clinical Specialist and he has an emphasis on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise which he adapts to each individual patient. Cody enjoys spending his spare time training in strength sports, traveling, hiking, and enjoying the great outdoors.

Chris Clarkson, Personal Trainer

Chris has spent the last 5 years taking his experience and knowledge from working with the highest-level athletes to create effective and results oriented training for his clients. He works with clients in weight loss, muscle and strength gain, runners, cyclist, tennis and golf. 

The most important thing to Chris is his clients.  Making sure they reach their goals, stay injury free and are enjoying their sessions are the top priorities.

Alyssa Geissler, Personal Trainer

Alyssa joins the Benessair team with a background in all levels of concierge healthcare. She has been working as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) for more than five years.  Alyssa holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Sports Management. Her passion is being involved in the health/wellness field and helping others in their journey. During her free time, she enjoys weight training, watching sports, healthy cooking and hanging out with her dog. Originally from Illinois she is excited to be in Arizona and adding her talents to Benessair Health.

Dr. Michael Breus, PhD– The Sleep Doctor

Dr. Michael Breus is a Clinical Psychologist and both a Diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine and a Fellow of The American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He was one of the youngest people to have passed the Board at age 31 and, with a specialty in Sleep Disorders, is one of only 168 psychologists in the world with his credentials and distinction. Dr. Breus is on the clinical advisory board of The Dr. Oz Show and appears regularly on the show.

Dr. Saima Saeed, MD– Medical Oncology and Hematology

Dr. Saima Saeed is a board-certified Medical Oncologist and Hematologist practicing in Arizona for the last 16 years at leading cancer intuitions. Dr. Saeed evaluates and treats patients with various types of cancer and strives to provide comprehensive and personalized care. She believes every patient should receive compassionate care and comprehensive attention, and is committed to taking as much time as her patients need to understand their treatment options. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, strength training and barre classes. She is an animal advocate, incredibly well-traveled and a self-proclaimed foodie.
