Dr. Carrie Bordinko, RN, BSN, MD– Founder and CEO

Dr. Carrie Bordinko is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician. She has cultivated a reputation for her unwavering dedication to patient well-being and her comprehensive approach to healthcare management. Her career spans years of experience as an ER physician, ICU physician, medical director for insurance and director of hospice care. All of this experience has led to her creating the unique evidence-based environment of Benessair Health and Consolaré as a testimonial to her vision and beliefs. She lives by what she advocates maintaining a regimen of fitness, nutrition and moderation. While her free time is limited, she still finds time for philanthropic work, short adventures, cooking, scuba diving and any fitness challenge she can dream up. Kasey Meyer, Operations Manager 

Kasey grew up around the healthcare field and has worked in the field for 8-years in various roles. With an eye for detail and streamlining processes, she ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Kasey holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration and Policy from Arizona State University, which complements her role in supporting Benessair initiatives. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.

Sophia Hamra, Care Concierge

Sophia has lived in Paradise Valley for over 30 years.  Her previous career was in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. Sophia spent more recent times raising her family and acting as a spokesperson\model helping her husband grow the family business.  Sophia joined Benessair to share her passion for health and wellness and a genuine care for others.  Her interests include exercising, entertaining, cooking, baking and spending time with family and friends.

Nick Chambers, Certified Hyperbaric Technician

Nick comes onboard the Benessair Team as a Board-Certified Hyperbaric Technician. His unique background in firefighting, physical therapy and as an EMT brings a valuable perspective to our work, ensuring the highest level of safety and care for our patients. Nick earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science before receiving his Emergency Medicine Technician and Hyperbaric certification. Nick enjoys spending his free time working out or at the Salt River.

Alison Sanfilippo, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Chris Clarkson, Personal Trainer

Chris has spent years taking his experience and knowledge from working with the highest-level athletes to create effective and results oriented training for his clients. He works with clients in weight loss, muscle and strength gain and with all levels of athletes and sports.  The most important thing to Chris is his clientele.  Making sure they reach their goals, stay injury free and are enjoying their sessions are the top priorities. In his free time, Chris is an avid rock climber.

Alyssa Geissler, Personal Trainer

Alyssa joins the Benessair team with a background in all levels of concierge healthcare. She has been working as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) for more than five years.  Alyssa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Sports Management. Her passion is being involved in the health/wellness field and helping others in their journey. During her free time, she enjoys weight training, watching sports, healthy cooking and hanging out with her dog.

Noah Brandt, Personal Trainer

Noah’s expertise spans from elite athletes to everyday fitness enthusiasts and he finds fulfillment in fostering relationships to help individuals reach their goals. He believes that regular physical activity and proper nutrition is necessary for enhancing daily function, mobility and overall self-confidence. Noah is passionate about empowering people to incorporate movement into their routines, fostering a sustainable approach to lifelong health. When he is not working, Noah enjoys weight training, watching movies and working on puzzles.

Dr. Michael Breus, PhD– The Sleep Doctor

Dr. Michael Breus is a Clinical Psychologist and both a Diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine and a Fellow of The American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He was one of the youngest people to have passed the Board at age 31 and, with a specialty in Sleep Disorders, is one of only 168 psychologists in the world with his credentials and distinction. Dr. Breus is on the clinical advisory board of The Dr. Oz Show and appears regularly on the show.

Dr. Saima Saeed, MD– Medical Oncology and Hematology

Dr. Saima Saeed is a board-certified Medical Oncologist and Hematologist practicing in Arizona for the last 16 years at leading cancer intuitions. Dr. Saeed evaluates and treats patients with various types of cancer and strives to provide comprehensive and personalized care. She believes every patient should receive compassionate care and comprehensive attention, and is committed to taking as much time as her patients need to understand their treatment options. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, strength training and barre classes. She is an animal advocate, incredibly well-traveled and a self-proclaimed foodie.
